I am not as concerned with the bolt pattern or size of the lug bolts as the hubs can easily be redrilled for the smaller bolt circle with the smaller studs your car uses. I am more concerned about the taper of the ball joint spindle (which can also be reamed to the steeper angle in a machine shop), and the biggest issue the length and position of the steering arm that attaches to the tie rod ends and the size of the hole being larger I see as an issue (but a replacement tie rod machined to fit your car could also solve that issue as well leaving only the length of the arm. The steering knuckle is also nearly two inches taller (which is a good thing on a first gen Camaro as it improves the steering geometry; but I am not so sure will work so well on an Impala).
No. I owned a 77 two door Caprice and put 15x8 Corvette wheels on it. I just don't believe your going to just bolt on the A arms.
