I would think the '66-'68 would be similar enough to fit. There were changes made to reduce costs or fix problems encountered with warranty claims made annually to all cars so there is a little variation. But they didn't throw out expensive dies and start over again every year. Most 1965-'70 parts should bolt onto your car.
These questions are best answered by consulting a copy of Hollanders Interchange manual. That book lists every car part in the world and what it fits. It also lists all of the cars and trucks that share a common part you are looking for.
I believe the '67 is by itself as a one year only. The '68 may be close, but I believe it is different. The others years are definitely different.
Also, the Hollander Interchange is a great book. I have 4 of them. But they do not list many of the smaller parts and I believe the Radiator Support is one of them. The Radiator itself, yes, but not the Support.
To find a good one, you will need to go used.
The only one I have available has some rust issues.
Try at some dryer states like AZ. Desert Valley Auto would be a good place to start.
Ive now been looking for 1 for 2 years. I know this is an old thread just a shot in the dark one you guys found a stock pile of them and would be willing to sell one. Hahaha
radiators: completely different interchange #'s from 66 to 67, however a fair amount of same #'s between 67 and 68 depending on the models
since the core support is where the radiator usually sits you may want to take a look at the 68's. tell me your model and I can tell you what uses the same radiator
Between the '67 and '68, it's not really what Radiator fits on it as it is will it fit in the somewhat differently designed front clip. The cars are similar, but many parts are different.
oh, I know, but it's the closest you'll come on a longshot of trying to i.d. what interchanges without actually having access to real parts or part #'s.... unless of course we have a little backyard collection like you 😁
With a little research work, Parts Manuals can be found online that will show the Part Numbers of certain parts to compare with another year. In a way, it can be like a Hollander, just not as simple to use. The good thing about it though is that it will show every part GM made (as long as the print date is soon after the car in question) not just basic parts that Hollander only lists.
There is currently one on eBay atm for a 67 but it needs a bit of tlc.
