i just got my 63 i want to get it in a originol state as passible i just dont know were to start . i started on the bady stripped it down to the metel it has some hole in it and im started to weld them .
1) do i throw a battery in it and see what happens with the elec???
2) it has a 327 in it can i mod with out lossing is value
3) it was a shifter on the neck do i move it to the floor is it going to hert it by doing this
4) it dont have a trans in it what is the originol it came with
5) my mane ??? is do i go custom or originol let me know pls
6) im also new in here so if i do wrong sorrrry......

tell us everything you know about the car so we can help advise you on how to go about the restoration, photos would help too !
I like to start with the mechanicals to get it drivable first, also you don't want to accidentally drop tools and parts all over a new paint job
so....what is it ? coupe, hardtop, convertible ? manual or auto trans ?
