I have a dozen catalogs and looking for some advice on who to go with, especially since freight costs will be a determining factor. I've been looking at Harmon's, CARS1, Lutty's, basically those near MI. Has anyone purchased quarters, fenders, etc...from these companies? Can you recommend one?

I recently purchased a left rear quarter for my 64 from Harmons. Salesman was very helpful, even tried locating a part that they don't stock. The sheet metal is pretty much what I expected. The trim lines were all there, and dimensionally speaking it was right. However as with aftermarket pieces, it did not fit like a glove. I have heard this from another guy who bought a front fender from Classic Industries. The taillight area on my piece was off a little bit and required some hammering to get it into the shape I needed. I did not put a gauge on it but it seemed to me the aftermarket metal is not as thick as the original was. I hope this helps.
