:hurray::hurray:Hey guys,those who are in the Maryland,Pennsylvania,Delaware,DC,New Jersey,Virginia,and West Virginia area:the famous 75-80 Dragway,Monrovia ,Md. that closed in 2005 because the owners was going to sell the land for a housing development is now re-opening in April of 2009.They will be racing every Friday,Saturday and Sunday.They will offer several special events thru the year including car shows to go with those events.For those who are not familiar with this track,it was in operation from the mid 50's until 2005.It also has been used by Maryland Public TV for the "Auto Week Show"for over 15 years.I guess the bad turn in the economy and non sales of houses has forced the owner to go back to racing to generate use of the land.Click on the link below for more info.John :beers::beers::hurray::hurray:
