Has anyone installed a complete trunk pan in a 1964 Impala?

I will have new quarters put on my car. So the question can I install the trunk pan before taking the old quarters off. I tried putting it in from the top (no luck there), I tried raising the body off the frame no luck there either.

Well I got it in.

How Did you do it I have a 1967 impala and am thinking about buying a complete trunk floor.

I had to remove one of the quarters to put it in on my 64 not sure about 67's tho. I bet you need to do the same thing.

What if I cut the complete trunk floor into 2 parts and installed? The reason being is the 3 piece trunk pan kits don't cover enough area to battle all my rust issues, that being said my quarter panels are really pretty solid and I don't want to replace them.
