1970 454 4 speed. Built to 468ci, rollered up, 10.5 to1. 2 bolt main. What am I looking at for a safe redline?

Bottom end with 3/8th rod bolts is limited to 5800 RPM, if you have the 7/16th bolts you can twist it to 7,400 RPM.

Realistically it is your valve springs and lifters that limit RPM. Weak springs lead to valve valve float early and you can not run a stiff spring with a hydraulic lifter. Hydraulic roller is heavy compared to a hollow solid roller, so with stiff springs and a solid roller you will be limited by the strength of your bottom end.
