Looks like you will have to leave the hood off to drive in current configuration. Great for cooling a hot power plant but not so good if you don'y have a garage to park it in.
I would also double check your driveline/drive shaft angle to make sure that isn't out of wack with the pinion. Hate to have a lot of vibration going down the road.
This is particularly an issue if you are running a 2 piece drive shaft with the steady rest bearing. That bearing doesn't deal well with loading and can be tricky to get set right. If it isn't set right the bearing will wear out in a very short amount of time and your teeth will hurt.
