1966 impala ss

I’ve got a 66’ ss 327/2sp. PG, and I have thought about changing that to a 327/ with a 4 speed. But I am curious as to where will I find a 4 speed/ date correct and a console? Any help would be much appreciated.
And Id like to have all the gauges but I know they can be a trick to find, and also you’d have to mess with dash so just a 4 speed date correct and console will do!

Hey there Kwiik,
You shouldn't have any trouble finding those honestly. I've seen them available plenty in the last several months anyone. You're just going to need to bring some serious cash.
Muncie- $800-$1500
Console- $300+ ?
Gauges- $250+ ?

In addition to this sites' classified ads, and eBay and Craigslist, there are a few Impala groups on Facebook and I have seen them selling the very parts you're looking for.
One is "1965 1966 Midwest Impala cars and parts.

Thanks! I’ll check into that and I figured I’d be having to spend some cash lol. But I’ll be on the look out and let me know if there is anything I can help with! Thanks again.

AutoGear (and some vendors) sell a new 'Muncie' with a reinforced aluminum case and several gear/spline options. They are a little pricey. I chose their m22w model (a wide ratio 'rock crusher' design) for my '63. I did not wish to take the risk of 'used' parts.

Here's one vendor: https://www.5speeds.com

There are others an AutoGear sells direct too.

Here's a vendor for parts: https://www.4speedconversions.com

Console? Can'y help. Sorry

Pete
