TOP 3 repair book?

I have 1965 impala, convertible. What is good repair manual for that? Not so much need for engine and transmission book. More like a brakes, electricity, body...

1965 Full Size assembly manual. Best $25 you'll spend on that car:

For body stuff, this or the Fisher manual, which you might have to hunt for:

1968 Impala SS
496 Stroker
T56 Conversion
3.73 Posi-Trac

I would go with the 1965 Chevrolet shop service manual and 1965 Chevrolet Overhaul manual. These are the books the garages would have had on hand to do repairs when your car was new. The book covers all passenger cars from Chevrolet for that year (Full size, Chevy II, and Chevelle). The shop service manual is available in reprint, but I'm not sure of the Overhaul manual.

The next would be the 1965 Chevrolet, Chevy II, Chevelle, and Corvair Body Service Manual. This would have been what the body shops would have had.
