Bought a Wilwood disc brake kit for the Impala from CCP 8/07. CCP sold me the wrong kit, found out when I went to mock up the rear end last week. Now I am stuck with it, because they wont take it back or exchange it and it's their error. I offered to pay a restocking fee. Out $550.00 bucks. There response....."EBAY" it. Ebay their mistake, yeah right! I have spent over $2500.00 with them and this is the way they treat me......just wanted to vent.....Some way for a rebuttable? company to treat the little guy. Other than that the car is coming along fine

I must apologize to CCP's for bashing them. CCP's is working with Wilwood to fix the problem. I unfairly bashed them on the web..(uncool) but, I was very angry and frustrated at the lack of response I was recieving.

I don't think you should apologize! "Ebay it" is not the response I'd want it that situation either. They should've refunded your money, shipping and all.

Not taking it back is not very businesslike. What is their return policy? Irregardless of whether it fits or not, even if you don't like the looks of it, they should have a return policy. Their vendor problem is just that, their problem. Personally speaking, I rarely give these places a second chance. There are too many other places to go to find parts on the 'net.
