1966 impala ss build sheet location?

Question regarding location of a build sheet on a 66 impala SS, I’ve looked everywhere I would think(behind door panels, seats dash) is there anywhere else it could be? Headliner is OG and in perfect shape so don’t want to take it off and The has tank has been replaced. I’m JW If there is anywhere else it could be?
Thanks. Kenny W.

Under the Rear Seat seems to be the most common place, but some cars did not get them. I've heard that it could be who was working on it that day or night. I've heard some ending up in the trash can. No one really knew how much we would be desiring them someday.

I found one in a '67 I had years ago that was under the back seat. I'm not sure if they always put them there. I did not find the build sheet for my current '68 there or anywhere else for that matter.

Build sheets were trash. Work shop rules required the worker to walk to the trash can and put it. Workers are lazy when installing a rear seat, then it is easier to stuff the build sheet into the springs than to walk to the trash can.

Thanks very much, I’ll check again but I have heard some of the workers through them out, depending on plant and laziness lol.
Thanks everyone!
