Steering Wobble

Hi! I have a 1965 impala that sometimes the steering wobbles like if the tires where loose. The car is running on 13” spoke wires everything is well adjusted. I lifted the car so the tires where in the air but nothing seems to be loose. Anyone had this scary wobble ?

Forgot to add : it’s running on a 350 transmission instead of the original 327

Are they deep-dish 13" wheels?
When the car was up in the air, did you grab the tire by the top and by the bottom (facing the tire on it's outer side) and then try to move it in and out.? (push in on top while pulling out on bottom and vice-versa) That would tell you if a ball-joint is worn, which can happen over time with excessive wheel off-set.
