Here's the story on the car. I'm restoring this 65 Impala for a customer who wants it to be mostly original. The car came to my shop and I pulled the engine and trans and sent the engine to the machine shop. It was then sent to a shop that pulled the body off of the frame and sand blasted the frame and suspension, and powder coated it, and sand blasted the bottom of the car and sprayed it in chassis black. They set the body back on the frame with new bushings, and sent it back to my shop. I have been working on the car for several weeks, and have been posting the progress on this other forum that you can see here .http://www.impalaforums.com/impala-.../289834-new-guy-restoring-a-65-ss-impala.html I will post all pics soon, the pics here are of the car after I pulled the engine on it's way to the powder coating shop.
