Two door fast back is a convertible where the top is stuck up (and it doesn't leak) when thinking about a lot of the look of a convertible. This is why it is such a popular model. I think of it as a convertible for those who don't want to get wet putting the top up.

the answer is no, not all had rear seat speakers. They all did have the center speaker grill in the seat.
Not all radios had rear fader and some had dual rear speakers in the package shelf.

With the option of the Multiplex and/or the 8 track player you go quad speakers, two in the kick panel and two in the rear package tray.

I would expect the vast majority of the sport coupes and converts did have a rear seat speaker in the center though.

Different rear seat due to the side panels. The Convert mechanism takes up additional space.
