The 212975 represents the Ident number for this car, this same number will appear on the top right of the window sticker and car shipper. It also would have appeared on the build sheet and other production documents.
These images are for a 1966 Corvette but look in the top right corner of the window sticker and car shipper, the 801811 would be their Identification number.

A rear antenna would be designated in group 2 with either a T for rear power antenna or an S for manual rear antenna, you don't have either so you would have the standard front antenna. Also, just an information, an AM/FM radio was only available with a front fixed length 31" antenna if you have that radio.

66 Tag ..Help Plz
I've purchased a 1966 SS from Colorado last month. I'm having difficulties with the tag decoding. Your help is appreciated.
The tag reads :
ST 66-16837 STL007137 BODY
TR 844-B F-F PAINT
