Thanks for all the info.. I've decided to go with Eastwoods 2k epoxy primer and Chassis black. Inexpensive and should do the job just fine.. Thanks!

Thanks all.. I would love to have the frame...

Thanks all.. I would love to have the frame powder coated, but unfortunately that's not an option right now. For now i'll go with epoxy primer and urethane paint. Thanks again!

I drained the oil so i can remove the oil pan to see what condition the bottom end is in... i pulled out the dipstick and this is what i found. Rebuild for sure...

Thanks for the info Big Dave! I'll pre-lubricate the motor and change the tranny fluid.. As far as the carb, i plan on keeping the car as original as possible so i'll keep the Rochester and get it...
