Bought this car in June. 1973 Custom Coupe was my very 1st car I owned back in 1982.

Modifications
Drivetrain
Factory 454 with Turbo 400 transmission. Government made Chevy choke out these engines in '73, only putting out 245 HP. Am going to put a cam and new heads on it, maybe new carb. Should be able to easily build it to 400-450 HP without going into the bottom end.
Interior
Cream/white seats, door panels & headliner in really good condition. Brown carpet that needs to be changes out to black.
Exterior
Needs a little body work and a paint job (thinking Tuxedo Black). Probably will take the vinyl top off, though it is in pretty good shape for being 44 years old. Doesn't seem like it has a lot of rust. Think that the car may have originally come from the Midwest.
Audio
1980s aftermarket pioneer cassette player. That will have to change.
Wheel and Tire
Has white walls with the stock wire hub caps. Thinking about putting on Chevy Rallye Wheels with black walls. If not, I'll go with Cragars with Goodrich Radial T/As like my '66 Impala has.
