Hi all, I just picked up a 64 BelAir wagon (283/PG, manual steering). I see a lot of comments about issues with the Eckler's/CPP/Borgeson ps conversion kits. Has anyone used the Global West (ST-5964GS) kit? Also, gonna lower it with 2" drop spindles and probably 1" frt./3" rr lowering springs...

Hi I just bought a 1960 Impala and I am trying to find out which model car can donate Power Steering w/tilt for my 60. Can anyone help me with advice on this conversion? The Impala now has a 350 CI motor in it. I would appreciate any help from whoever has done this successfully. Thanx:thumbsup:

Moved this from General Tech to here... sorry for mishap. Dropped my 64 SS off at the shop to get tuned, buttoned up, and looked over after the different repairs i have made. The shop called and told me i needed a new Power Steering Actuator? Is he referring to the Power Steering Contol Valve...

I swapped my 327 for a lt1 5.7 out of a 95 ss impala and i would like to know which gear box i have to use that will bolt up to my 1962 impala to use the power steering? and do they make a ps delete?
