Mr. Show, here's two photos of my car--there's a rubber strip the width of the car attached to that sheetmetal ledge. I bought a reproduction in 1990 when my car was being reassembled, Each year I spray a little ArmorAll onto a paper towel and wipe it on. Still looks new! View attachment 31779
