The best way is to send out your Wiper Motor to be rebuilt. There are some places out there that guarantee them for life and they come back like brand new. If you don't have one and need a Core, I have some available.

Steve Hackel from IL was a good place, but I believe he has retired.

Classic Wipers in SC is also a good place. Give him a call and you can also tell him that I referred him to you.

Looking at your photos your advertised motor is a rare 1965 only. In 1966 the wiring was located in the upper body. Chevrolet models had a double connecter due to the way power was supplied. The other GM big bodies had power supplied at the wiper switch. I have some info for bench testing these motors:
