I am having trouble getting the fender bolt close to the door re-tighten. I loosened it to replace the emblem on the fender. The bolt just turns and does not come off all the way. I can't get a wrench in on top of it due to clearance. Is there some trick to getting it off? Or tighting it back up? It feels like a J nut, I'm just worried that even if I can get it off I will not be able to get it back on.
