I have a 65 impala (yes it’s a 65 with a 66 front end) with stock suspension and stock brakes. I have 2 15x8 (pictured here) for the rear and 2 15x7 on order. My question is will 275/60/15 fit on the rear and what size tire would be best for the front with no rubbing? Any help or guidance would be appreciated

Well. that's one of kind! Reminds me of an El Camino I saw with a '67 GTO doghouse on it! Pretty cool.
I have 21570R15s on my 7" fronts and had 225s before. I switched to 215s to get a little extra clearance on that front corner and to give it more of a stock look. I had only about 1/4" with the 225s and it made me nervous. :) Might go to 235s if you went with a 60 profile. Check out Tire size calculator. It's fun to play around with and compare. Can't help you much with the 8" rims on the back as far as max width, but you can run 225s with no clearance problems.

Yes, a 275/60/15 will fit the rear. The rim backspace will determine where the tire sits in relation to the frame on the inside & the wheel arch on the outside. You already have the rims so that's already been decided. Spacers are not recommended for changing backspace because they move the load outward on the studs, although there's always plenty for sale on eBay & people using them I guess too.
I'm guessing your white wall tires are a 70 profile? Go to the website for your white walls & find out the o.d. of the front tires, then go back to the MT webpage I pointed you to in your other thread & find the front tire that best matches the o.d. of your current tire. And that will be about as big as you'll get because in your pic the front tire gets quite close to the fender on turn in.
