Just noticed that this '67 Caprice i'm parting has tinted glass. Windshield and passenger door glass missing. So have both vent assemblies, drivers door, both quarters, and backglass. My question is. . . .is tinted glass desirable? I think it is. I might switch my vent glass for the tinted. The drivers door glass as well.
Whats your opinion?

I think it is. I cant stand no tint on any of my cars...

I think it's a matter of personal preferrence, and depends on what color your interior is. Tinted glass looks good on cars with dark color interiors. (And is not as noticeable anyway). I think non-tinted glass looks great on cars with white or lighter color interiors. It really allows the interior to stand out in the sun on a nicely restored or detailed car. I have non-tinted glass on my Grotto Blue `68 SS427 with Parchment (white) interior, and I think it makes all the difference. Looks great.
