67 convertible top and power windows not working

Ok so the circuit breaker blew and while I was replacing it I didn't think the wire coming off the horn relay would be hot with key off. I dropped it on the valve cover and yes a big arc. I replaced the breaker and wires and still doesn't work so I replaced the relay behind the kick panel still top nor windows are working.
Is there another breaker somewhere?
