I don't recognized the upholstery, if they are original, but if no one jumps in here check with the guys over at 348-409.com or Chevytalk.org in the '61-'64 Full Size Forum. There are some pretty good experts at both places.

I believe 62-64 Impala seats tilts forward at an angle. The ones that tilts straight forward are 65-up.

I really didn't want to say, but they could also be Pontiac or other GM. If the material is original, the best way would be for someone to recognize the upholstery. If they are newer than '64, they would have to be no newer than '65, as '66 and up went to hard plastic backings. Chevy anyway.
