Hello everybody,

I need help please, I've installed new Wilwood 4 pistons 12.19" in front with 15/16" master cylinder and proportioning valve from wilwood too.

It's manual brakes configuration.

I bled from rear passenger drum to front driver caliper. I think I'm OK but the problem is that the pedal brake has little free move and becomes hard. Front calipers block wheels and and don't come came totally back, so it's hard to spin wheels.
The rear drums don't brake at all. I turn the proportioning valve in 2 ways, same problem. Brake shoes and cylinders are new. Maybe a bad setting?

The pedal rod is to the 2nd highest hole like before (4 drums manual).

I maybe solve my problem.
I bled one more time rear side of the master cylinder, lot of air inside again.
Reconnect rear brakes line and bled again wheel cylinders. Good flow a little bit of air and surprise a good pedal feeling.

No more free pedal travel and rear drums working!

But I don't know why front brake kept pressure when hard push on brake pedal.
So I open a little bit bleeder on caliper, let the overflow and close the bleeder and the wheel can spins free.

Yes exactly.

I maybe solved my second problem, the pedal rod was too long, so the master cylinder didn't back correctly, and front brakes stay blocked.

Now the pedal is smoother, I certainly need to set rear drums and set the proportioning valve.

I adjusted the rod under the dash, the rod and travel pedal are shorter.
My mistake was to set a longer pushrod (longer than the original) and the pedal was too hight and the piston in the master cylinder hadn't a full travel (didn't came completely back).
Sorry if it isn't clear but it's difficult to translate for me.
