I'm hoping to pull my 327 for a (mostly stock) rebuild later this year and am looking for a quality machine shop I can trust. I live in SoCal and naturally there are plenty of established machine shops in CA, but reputations come and go over time. I'm willing to cart my parts a pretty good distance to the "right" place. Anybody have some recommendations? Thanks!

When I was looking to have my 327 rebuilt, I took the advice from a prominent Corvette restorer in Huntington Beach, and sent it to:
Engine Supply
304 E Dyer Rd
Santa Ana, CA 92707
(714) 556-0310

Old-school shop, not the cheapest, but definitely the best, IMO. I've NO issues in the five years since they rebuilt and assembled my engine for my 1967 Impala SS. They will rebuild the 396 in my other Impala SS at some point.

Thanks! An "old-school shop" that does top notch work is exactly what I'm looking for. I'll get in touch with them.
